The 2-night Tuscan cooking class package includes:
Sea: preparation of a dish of the seafaring tradition, Il Cacciucco. From the choice of fish, to cooking, discovering variants.
Hill: the preparation of a dish typical of the Hill of Mugello, Tortelli Mugello style. From the preparation of the stuffed, until the pasta to the sauce. At the end of the course, participants will taste their creations in combination with wines selected by our sommeliers.
The recipes will vary according to the availability of food products on the market.
To all participants will be left a personalized apron in complimentary.
